Hello, I wanted to say thank you all very much for all of your help and working with me to get my Jeep! I can’t wait to get home and get to drive it and sling some mud! I have owned two Jeep Wranglers in the past. My kids and I would go hit the trails almost every weekend and camp and always had a great time, so I regret ever getting rid of them. We have dealt with Kahlo on two different vehicles and have been very impressed both times. They are fair and don't try to talk you into something you are not ready for. We bought our van from them two years ago and have not had any hidden problems with it. The service department has also greatly impressed me. The staff is very friendly and I have never felt like they were taking advantage of me because I am a woman bringing in a car to have serviced.

I wanted to share a couple of examples of great customer service by this company. Story 1: Got a VM from Kahlo. I played it and it was the GM, Brian wishing me a Happy Birthday and told me to enjoy my day. I was stunned. I had obviously filled out something that ask for that info. It made me feel like a VIP. Simple but memorable that they have that kind of system in place. Story 2: Took my car in for service. Paid the bill. 2 days later I got a call from the cashier at Kahlo, Tona saying that they had slightly over charged and when the service invoice was audited, they found it and she wanted to let me know that they would credited my card for the overage. Again stunned. I would have NEVER known that a core charge shouldn't have been there. Most places would have just said oh well, we made more money on this one. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I quess I have become numb to average service but they continue to surprise me! Thanks Kahlo! Keep up the good work!
